Founded in 1960, the Affiliated High School of Peking University is a model public secondary school, upholding the highest of academic standards. Nestled in Zhongguancun, the heart of China’s technology and education centers, it has an enrollment of over 3000 students, ranging from 7th to 12th grade. The school cherishes and leverages its affiliation with neighboring Peking University, ranked in 2021 as the number one university in Asia by Times Higher Education.
At its inception in 1960, the school inherited a spirit of pursuing democratic and scientific advancement from Peking University; coupled with its ethos of developing unique, confident and responsible citizens with creative ideas and strong leadership.
